in association with Dnyanda Institute of Flow Piping Technology (DIFPT), conducted the fourth batch of plumbing technology course for 17 underprivileged students from rural Maharashtra. Aimed at providing employment to unskilled and unemployed youth from the interiors of rural Maharashtra, this 45-day program provides classroom and on-the-job training for construction plumbing, gas piping, solar fittings, and drip irrigation fittings.

All the students have been placed in Shapoorji Construction Company and the Khodiyar Group as plumbers on a monthly salary of a minimum of 12k along with additional benefits.

On the last day of the program, dignitaries were invited to meet the students and award them certificates of completion. Speaking on the occasion, chief guest Elston Pimenta, Head HR, Cybage said, “I am grateful and thankful for being the chief guest of this event. I am deeply touched by your stories and the difficulties you have endured growing up.” He further urged the students to keep away from addictions and make the best use of their hard-earned money.
