CybageKhushboo inaugurated yet another Hunar Skill Development Center at Kondhwa on 23 December 2019. This center will help school and college dropouts to stand on their own feet by providing various new skills training. The dignitaries present at the event were Prashant Mahamuni, Associate Manager-CSR, Arup Chaudhary, Head Operations Yuva Parivartan, Mr. Patanwal of Auto Technician Institute, Rajanikaur Arora, Cybage volunteer, and Aparna Chalke, Senior Manager Resource Mobilization. 

The training center is well equipped with facilities such as decorated classrooms, a counseling room, a practical lab, and washrooms. CybageKhushboo has partnered with KSWA Yuva Parivartan NGO for implementing the skill development project. The center will provide auto service technician and nursing assistant courses. CybagKhushboo also has partnerships with other NGOs for the following courses: plumbing technology, machine operation, tailoring, and data entry.

These trainings will help the participants in getting suitable employment. CybageKhushboo is aiming to train a total of 150 youth in one year.
