CybageKhushboo offers its beneficiaries industry-relevant skill training that helps them in securing a better livelihood. Inching one step toward women empowerment, the trust organized a skill development training workshop for women from different Self Help Groups (SHGs) of Moroshi and nearby villages. Moroshi is situated in Khed taluka of Pune.
The dignitaries present at the training session were Anita Rajmane, Extension officer, Panchayat Samiti Bhor, Sarpanch, and other officials of Moroshi village. Candle and incense stick making training was given to these women by the trainers from the Kasturba Gandhi Khadi Gramodyog Vidyalaya, Aga Khan Palace, Pune. Thirty-one women from Moroshi and three nearby villages participated in this training program.
This program will definitely help the attendees to earn on their own and support their families financially. CybageAsha is planning to carry out various development projects in this village in the near future.
Anita Rajmane inaugurated the training program and also provided valuable information about various schemes of the Government of Maharashtra. She motivated all the women attendees to start their own business.
